It consists of a ground floor with 3 living rooms, a fully equipped large kitchen, and a bathroom. Upstairs, you will have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (including 2 suites). You will have the pleasure of enjoying a splendid 1000m2 landscaped garden as well as a large private pool with a paddling pool for your little ones and games for your children (badminton, turn ball). The Villa is fully isolated and air-conditioned, and the pool is heated from October to April. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also equipped with electric heaters and towel dryers. Towels and bed linen are provided by the house. For an additional fee, you can access an air-conditioned annex, ideal for a couple or a nanny, consisting of a bathroom and a kitchenette.
